How to delete your data
You can ask for the personal data COTSystem holds about you to be deleted at any time. How depends on how your data reached COTSystem.
If you used Facebook or Instagram with our app
- On Facebook, open Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find COTSystem and choose Remove.
- Meta sends us your deletion request. You receive a confirmation code and a link to a page that shows the state of your request.
We then delete what we hold under your Facebook or Instagram account within 30 days. COTSystem has no Facebook sign-in: in most cases we hold nothing under your account itself, and the status page says so.
If an organization recorded your data in COTSystem
If you sent a message, answered a lead form or are a customer of an organization that uses COTSystem, that organization decides about your data. Ask it to delete it: it can do so directly in COTSystem, and the deletion is recorded. If you do not know which organization it is, or it does not answer, contact us.
If you have a COTSystem account
Ask the administrator of your organization to remove your access, or contact us to delete your account.
What is kept
We keep only what the law requires (for example invoices and tax records) and an audit record that the deletion took place, without the deleted content.
